He looks after issues that need a more hands on solution for customers i.e. solving all air brake issues that may arise. He is an expert on the programming and diagnostics of trailer and truck modules and deals with them on and off site.

Ensures accurate financial reporting and the management of financial transactions. Manages account payable processes and verifies that payments are made accurately and recorded in the accounting system.
Assists customers with product inquiries, offering expert advice on the best products or tools for their needs. Process sales transactions, ensuring the right products are selected and packaged for customers.
Ensure that the right parts are delivered to customers on time, often with scheduled deliveries based on customer requirements. This includes verifying part numbers, specifications, and customer details.
